NRP Group Delivers Affordable Housing near Texas A&M San Antonio

The NRP Group has been working for nearly two years to develop the first affordable apartment community for students and families seeking such housing in the Palo Alto College area. The NRP Group celebrated the grand opening of their newest community, Esperanza At Palo Alto, on April 5 at 12305 S.W. Loop 410. The new development offers various amenities, and focuses on the part-time student population and their families. “Developments of this nature are vital to District 4,” said Rey Saldana, District 4 Councilman, in a news release. “The fact that NRP can provide housing at these rates, for students and families to live, near where they work and go to school is so important to our community.”
