PROPOSED: Gateway 10 Business Park

A new 107 acre Class A industrial park, known as Gateway 10 Business Park, has been proposed.  The proposed park is located on property owned by McCombs Enterprises at I-10 just outside of Loop 410 at Foster Rd.  Gateway 10 will be located approximately 15 minutes from Downtown San Antonio and Amazon’s Fulfillment Center, 20 minutes from the San Antonio Airport and Port San Antonio.

The site provides 5,230 feet of I-10 frontage and has close to 1.5 million square feet of proposed industrial space.  San Antonio has had substantial industrial absorption in 2013 and the city has some of the lowest vacancy rates for industrial space in history.  This along with Dollar General’s recent announcement of a 900,000 square foot $70 million facility on over 100 acres less than 2 miles south from the proposed site are key indicators for McCombs Enterprises to move forward.  Dollar General facility is expected to open in October of 2015
